Most office rentals quote you a base rate, then add WiFi, cleaning, coffee, electricity, security, mail handling, meeting rooms. We don't. €350 per seat per month covers the lot, and you'll find the line items below — not in fine print.

The questions we get most.
Can I rent fewer than 4 seats?
Yes. Bring your team of 2 or 3 and pay only for the seats you take. The unused seats stay yours; the office stays locked and private. You can grow into them when your team grows.
Can I rent the whole office for one person?
Yes, if you need a private space and don't mind paying for the full €1,400/month. Less common, but we've had it.
How short is the minimum commitment?
3 months, then rolling. One full calendar month's notice to end, via email to Justin.
What's really included in the €350/seat?
Everything you'd otherwise pay for separately: WiFi, ethernet, electricity, heating, cleaning, security, coffee, kitchen, parking, EV charging, mail handling, business-address option, 8 hours of Boardroom per office per month. The only thing not included is catering for events.
Can we personalize the office?
Yes, within reason. Your branding on the door, your art on the walls, your plants on the shelves. We just ask you to leave it as you found it.
What if our team grows past 4?
We have a waitlist for larger configurations and can pair you with an adjacent office if one is open. We'll always tell you what's coming up.
Are there meeting rooms when we need more space?
Yes. The Boardroom (up to 14) and the Meeting Booth (2 to 3, podcast-ready) are always bookable. Your private office includes 8 hours of Boardroom credit each month.
Is parking actually free?
Yes, 24 free spaces on site, plus fast and standard EV chargers. Free overflow street parking right next to the building. No app, no meter, no schijf.
