Do my 10 days expire?
Yes, they're valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We'll send you a reminder a month before, in case any are still on the card.
Can a colleague use one of my 10 days?
The pack is personal. If a teammate joins for the day, they can buy a Day Pass; team passes are available on request.
How do I check in?
You'll get a member login on purchase. Check in from the app or from the iPad on the host desk. One tap, one day used.
What about meeting rooms?
Each visit comes with 2 hours of meeting-room credit. Beyond that, members book at the regular hourly rate.
Can I switch to a Dedicated Desk later?
Of course. Any unused days from your 10-pack get credited to the first month of your Dedicated Desk.
