How do I book?
Online, through Nexudus. Payment by invoice for members, by card for first-time guests. Confirmation is instant.
Half-day and full-day rates for the Boardroom?
4-hour blocks at €180 (members) / €240 (non-members). Full day at €320 / €440. Talk to us for recurring bookings.
Can I record a podcast in the Meeting Booth?
Yes. Real microphone setup, soundproofed walls, treated acoustics. Bring your guest and a laptop, hit record.
Can I bring catering?
Yes, or we can arrange it. Lunch from a local Bruges bakery, coffee carts, full board lunches, all available on request.
Is parking included?
Free on-site parking for you and your guests, with EV chargers. We'll send a map with the address and parking instructions in your booking confirmation.
